The Oswego County Airport is located in the Town of Volney, just northeast of the City of Fulton, and serves a population of more than 120,000 and national/international companies in and around the County of Oswego.
The Airport Office is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Truck fueling is available weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The flight school and charter service is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) designated the Airport many years ago as a general aviation reliever to Hancock International Airport just 25 miles away. Hancock serves the five county metropolitan area in Central New York centered around the City of Syracuse.
Over the last 20 years, the Airport has been developed by the Oswego County into an outstanding general aviation transportation asset. The County has long realized the value of this asset and every effort has been made in recent years to modernize the facilities and ensure proper maintenance of the runways.
