Special Event Recycling Loan Program

Oswego County loans recycling receptacles to organizations and associations for special events!

The receptacles are portable, easy to set up, and clearly marked! There is no cost to loan the receptacles, a $.42 fee for each bag is required at the time of the application. Please note, if cans and bottles are returned for deposits, then your cost will be covered. Containers must be picked up and returned to the main office at Bristol Hill, 3125 State Rte. 3, Fulton, NY 13069.
