![]() May 31, 2005 Local Emergency Planning Group Meets June 9FULTON - The Oswego County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) will meet at 8 a.m. Thursday, June 9, at County Emergency Management Office, 200 N. Second St. The LEPC helps develop response plans to prepare for emergencies involving hazardous materials. The committee is responsible for maintaining Community Right-to-Know records on facilities that use significant quantities of hazardous chemicals. All LEPC meetings are open to the public.
