County Offers Several EMT Training Courses

The Oswego County Health Department's Emergency Medical Services Program has scheduled several emergency medical technician (EMT) training courses this fall.

They include:

  • EMT basic and refresher, Oswego City Fire Department: Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Thursday evenings, Sept. 15 through Dec. 15. The class will also meet sometimes on Saturdays.
  • EMT basic, Novelis Corporation, Scriba: Tuesdays, Sept. 27 through Jan. 19, all day.
  • EMT basic, New Haven Fire Department: Monday and Thursday evenings, Sept. 26 through March 16.
