County Presents Certificate of Appreciation to Theodore (Brent) Galvin

The Oswego County Legislature's Infrastructure and Facilities Committee presented Theodore (Brent) Galvin with a certificate of appreciation for his 35 years of service to Oswego County. Galvin works in the county solid waste department.
