On 5/24/16 at 8:40 p.m., Linda L. McNitt, 34, of 420 County Route 22A, Sandy Creek, New York was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor and Harassment, 2nd degree stemming from the investigation into a domestic incident that occurred where she allegedly caused physical injury to the victim who was less than seventeen years of age. Ms. McNitt is scheduled to answer the charges in Town of Sandy Creek Court on 6/2/16.


Tuesday, 5/24/16:

On 5/18/16 at 11:45 p.m., Richard A. Denny, 34, of 129 Salisbury St., Lacona, NY was charged with No License; AUO, 3rd degree and Inadequate Lights following a traffic stop on Harwood Dr. in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Denny is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sandy Creek Court on 6/16/16.

On 5/19/16 at 11:40 p.m., Jason R. Nolan, 24, of 165 Lacasse Rd., Parish, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Inadequate Plate Lamp following a traffic stop on SR 69 in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Nolan is scheduled to appear in the Town of Mexico Court on 6/14/16.

On 5/19/16 at 11:45 p.m., Gary A. Bubis Jr., 36, of 393 Albion Cross Rd., Pulaski, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Inadequate Plate Lamp following a traffic stop on I81 North in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Bubis is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/16/16 in the Town of Sandy Creek Court.

On 5/21/16 at William J. Freeman, 41, of 510 Licia Lane, Webster, NY was operating a 2013 Ford pickup registered to Empire Telecom USA, LLC of Syracuse, NY southwest on SR 104 in the Town of Hannibal, 500 feet northeast of Wilde Rd., when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway colliding with an earth embankment then a road sign. Mr. Freeman was transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital.

On 5/23/16 at 2:42 p.m., Joseph D. Yager-Corr, 21, of 6030 E Taft Rd., North Syracuse, NY was arrested at the Oswego County Correctional Facility based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Constantia Court and an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe Court charging him with Indecent Material To Minors, 1st degree, a class D felony. Mr. Yager-Corr was arraigned in the T/O Constantia Court by Hon. Judge Pelon and transported back to the Jamesville Correctional Facility with bail set at $5000 cash or $10,000 bond and a return to court date of 8/24/16.

On 5/23/16 at 2:53 p.m., Rhonda L. Blair, 45, of 320 Holley Hole Rd., Constantia, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following a larceny complaint at a business in the V/O Central Square. Ms. Blair is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/22/16 in the Village of Central Square Court.


Monday, 5/23/16:

On 5/5/16 at 11:00 p.m., Mark L. Phelps Jr., 23, of 326 CR 19, Williamstown, NY was operating a 2004 Chrysler southeast on Kasoag Lake Rd. in the Town of Williamstown, 3/10 mile west of CR 30, when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike a ditch before landing on the passenger side. Mr. Phelps was transported to Oswego Hospital by ambulance. Mr. Phelps was issued UTT's for Registration Suspended and Moving from Lane Unsafely.

On 5/10/16 at 10:54 a.m., Amanda L. Santana, 31, of 4008 SR 3, Fulton, NY was operating a 2005 Jeep north on CR 41 in the Town of Richland, mile south of Loomis Rd., when attempting to pass a USPS vehicle being operated by Paulette M. Whaley, 59, of 436 Albion Cross Rd., Pulaski, NY collided with said vehicle as it was stopped servicing a mailbox. Ms. Santana was issued a UTT for Failure to Allow Safe Distance.

On 5/19/16 at 7:44 p.m., Amanda M. Jandreau, 31, of 59 Salisbury St., Lacona, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Registration Suspended and Operating a MV w/o Insurance following a traffic stop on Salisbury St. in the Village of Lacona reportedly initiated by the LPR unit alerting. Ms. Jandreau is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/16/16 in the Town of Sandy Creek Court.

On 5/21/16 at 2:30 a.m., Holly R. Abbott, 24, of 1999 SR 49, Apt. A, Constantia, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree and Registration Suspended following an investigation into a fight in progress incident in the Town of Parish. Ms. Abbott is scheduled to appear in the Town of Parish Court on 6/14/16 to answer the charges.

On 5/21/16 at 3:21 a.m., Edward J. Horning, 25, of 883 Vorhees Rd., Parish, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Assault, 3rd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, all class A misdemeanors stemming from a domestic dispute in the Town of Volney where he allegedly hit the victim in the head with a frying pan along with his hand along with breaking a door, all the while telling the victim he wanted to kill them. Mr. Horning was arraigned by Hon. Judge Kerfien in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond with a return to court on 6/6/16.

On 5/21/16 at 6:40 a.m., Bob A. Massey Jr., 28, of 16 Tappen Street, Baldwinsville, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree; Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Speeding following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the Town of Volney. Mr. Massey is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/13/16 in the Town of Volney Court.

On 5/21/16 at 7:49 a.m., Raymond L. Kennedy, 38, of 453 Middle Rd., Bldg. 3, Apt. 17, Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor stemming from a domestic dispute in the Town of Scriba where he allegedly damaged household items. Mr. Kennedy is scheduled to answer the charges on 6/9/16 in the Town of Scriba Court.

On 5/21/16 at 3:10 p.m., Linda A. Lane, 68, of 7 Bridie Square State 5, Oswego, NY was operating a 2013 Nissan west on CR 24 in the Town of Minetto approaching the intersection with Chace Drive when the vehicle exited the roadway and struck a utility pole. Ms. Lane and a passenger, Sandra M. Magner, 64, were both transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital. Ms. Lane reportedly fell asleep causing her to lose control.

On 5/21/16 at 6:32 p.m., Adam J. Smith, 19, of 50 Howard St., Hastings, NY was operating 2006 Chevrolet west on CR 38 in the Town of Hastings,1/10 mile east of Skylane Dr., when he reportedly lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike a sign and a utility pole. Mr. Smith was issued UTT's for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage MVA and Driving Across Road Hazard Markings.

On 5/22/16 at 12:20 p.m., Camilo M. Moore, 19, of 4996 Windgate Rd., Liverpool, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Palermo where he was allegedly found to have brass knuckles. Mr. Moore is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/6/16 in the Town of Palermo Court.
