On 4/10/14 at 5:00 p.m., Valerie A. Morris, 47, of 356 Barnard Rd., Phoenix, NY, was charged with Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended on 4/04/14 for insurance not in effect); Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended on 9/13/13 for Failure to Answer a Summons in the Town of Granby); and Operation Without Insurance, following a traffic stop on SR 48 in the City of Fulton after a License Plate Reader targeted her vehicle. Ms. Morris was released on tickets returnable to Fulton City Court on 4/24/14.

On 4/14/14, Jeremy M. Haskins, 27, of 365 CR 6, Phoenix, NY, was operating a 1989 International westbound on CR 46 in the Town of Schroeppel at 2:47 p.m. when he reportedly rear-ended a westbound 2001 Chevrolet operated by Korey L. Carr, 23, of 143 Riverscape Drive, Fulton, NY. The incident occurred 200 feet west of Washer Road while the Chevrolet was stopped in the roadway facing west attempting to turn south into a private driveway. Ms. Carr was transported by ambulance to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. Following too closely appears to have been a contributing factor in the incident.

On 4/15/14 at 7:22 a.m., Damon M. Wing, 18, of 3095 CR 57, Fulton, NY, was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor, after being accused of taking an X-Box 360 game without permission from a Town of Hannibal residence. Mr. Wing was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Hannibal Court on 4/29/14.

On 4/15/14 at 8:35 a.m., Joseph M. Jaskowiak, 32, of 367 W. Third St., Fulton, NY, was taken into custody based on a Family Court Warrant. Mr. Jaskowiak was arraigned before the Hon. Donald E. Todd, Oswego County Family Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to court on 4/18/14.

On 4/15/14 at 9:35 a.m., Damon M. Wing, 18, of 3095 CR 57, Fulton, NY, was arrested based on a warrant issued by the Oswego County Probation Department charging him with Probation Violation. Mr. Wing was turned over to a member of the Oswego County Probation Department and will appear before Fulton City Court at a later date to answer the charge.

On 4/15/14 at 1:24 p.m., Ashley M. Haynes, 31, of 141 Sol Davis Road, Williamstown, NY, was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor, after being accused of stealing a USB wall charger and a phone charger from the Nice 'N Easy store located in the Town of Williamstown in the early morning of 4/14/14. Ms. Haynes was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Williamstown Court on 4/17/14.

On 4/15/14 at 10:48 p.m.., William L. R. Zufelt, 46, of 3398 Maple Avenue, Pulaski, NY, was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from the investigation into a domestic incident that occurred at his residence. The charge is the result of Mr. Zufelt allegedly grabbing a female victim by the throat and forcing her to the ground choking her. He was arraigned before Town of Mexico Court and released on his own recognizance. A return to court date is scheduled for Town of Richland Court on 4/28/14.

On 4/10/14, Sonja L. Parker, 19, of 87 Evans Road, Pennellville, NY, was operating a 2003 Dodge northbound on Peter Scott Road in the Town of Schroeppel at 9:23 a.m. when she lost control 300 feet south of Sutton Road. The vehicle exited the west side of the roadway and struck a ditch causing it to roll over before coming to rest at 189 Peter Scott Road. Ms. Parker was transported by ambulance to the Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. Unsafe speed and failure to keep right appear to have been contributing factors in the incident.

On 4/14/14 at 9:47 p.m., Jody K. White, 43, of 9457 Chalkstone Course, Apt. 12-C, Brewerton, NY, was arrested for Grand Larceny, Fourth Degree, a class E felony, after he was accused of stealing and cashing checks from a Town of Constantia residence. Mr. White was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Constantia Court on 4/21/14. The incident remains under investigation at this time.

On 4/14/14 at 9:54 p.m., Glenn E. Weed, Jr., 42, of 55 Bradshaw Road, Central Square, NY, was taken into custody based on a Family Court Warrant. Mr. Weed was arraigned before the Hon. Donald E. Todd, Oswego County Family Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to court on 4/17/14.

On 4/08/14, Daniel R. Houps, 36, of PO Box 24, Mallory, NY, was operating a 1988 Cadillac southbound on CR 12 in the Town of Hastings at 3:55 p.m. when he reportedly lost control 1 miles south of Hungry Lane. The vehicle went off the road and struck two parked cars that were in the driveway at 2019 CR 12, both owned by William Farrell, 3rd, 49, of 90 Baum Road, Hastings, NY. Damage to the yard at that address was also caused in the incident. Unsafe speed appears to have been a contributing factor for which Mr. Houps was issued a ticket. The vehicles damaged were a 2001 Chevrolet Van and an unregistered, uninsured 2004 Honda.

On 4/11/14 at 9:59 p.m., William J. Gilman, 36, of 450 CR 84, Central Square, NY, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from a domestic incident that occurred at a Town of Hastings during which he was accused of striking a male under the age of 17 in the back of the head with his fist. Mr. Gilman was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge before Town of Hastings Court on 4/28/14.

The victim in this incident, a 14 year male, residing in the Town of Hastings was referred to Youth Court for further processing based on a charge of Menacing, Third Degree, a class A misdemeanor, after he allegedly held a skateboard in an aggressive manner up to Mr. Gilman in a threatening manner when attempting to exit the residence.

On 4/12/14 at 1:30 a.m., Karen A. Woolworth, 45, of 2657 SR 3, Apt. A-3, Fulton, NY, was charged with Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended on 3/13/14 for insurance lapse), following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Volney after a License Plate Reader targeted her vehicle. Ms. Woolworth was released on a traffic ticket returnable to Town of Volney Court on 4/21/14.

On 4/12/14 at `10:42 a.m., Cara J. Daniels, 53, of 43 Lake Rd., Oswego, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass, Second Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Fourth Degree; and Menacing, Second Degree, all class A misdemeanors, stemming from a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Mexico. Ms. Daniels was arraigned before the Hon. James Gracey, Town of Mexico Court, and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to court on 4/15/14. Ms. Daniels is accused of entering a residence without permission, waking the residents up in an effort to speak to a male resident, yelling threats to the female resident, who she allegedly nearly knocked down a flight of stairs as she pushed her way through a door in the foyer area, and of striking the victim in the female head and hand with an umbrella.

On 4/12/14 at 8:56 p.m., a 17 year old female residing in the Town of Palermo was arrested for Criminal Trespass, Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor, after she was accused of kicking open the door to a neighboring Town of Palermo residence, yelling at the occupants about their dogs. The girl, who reportedly appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, was issued an appearance ticket and will appear before Town of Palermo Court on 4/21/14 to answer the charge.

On 4/12/14 at 8:56 p.m., a Danielle M. Krause, 37, of 72 Dutchess Lane, Fulton, NY, was arrested for Criminal Trespass, Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor, after she was accused of kicking open the door to a neighboring Town of Palermo residence, yelling at the occupants about their dogs. Ms. Krause, who reportedly appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, was issued an appearance ticket and will appear before Town of Palermo Court on 4/21/14 to answer the charge.

On 4/13/14 at 3:54 p.m., Stephanie M. France, 23, of 236 Edward St., Oswego, NY, was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor, after she allegedly contacted a male victim, a total of 11 times while leaving multiple voicemails on 4/13/14 between 1:18 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. after being told to stop by the victim. Ms. France was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Mexico Court on 4/29/14.

On 4/13/14 at 9:19 p.m., Kathryn B. Turtura, 21, of 739 CR 35A, Mexico, NY, was charged with Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended on 4/10/14 for insurance lapse), following a traffic stop in the Town of Mexico after a License Plate Reader targeted her vehicle while driving on SR 3. Ms. Turtura was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Mexico Court 4/29/14.
