Mullin, 30, of 88 Lewis St., Pulaski, NY was arrested at 4:41 p.m. for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 3rd degree following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Mullin was released on a UTT, returnable to the T/O Palermo Court on 3/29/10. On 3/11/10 at 4:53 p.m., Anthony L. Wager, 22, of 1009 CR 26, West Monroe, NY was arrested for DWI; Operating a MV with BAC .08 of 1%; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, 1st degree, a class E felony (suspended on 4/1/08 for pending BAC prosecution and 4 on 9/3/08 for failure to answer summons in C/O Syracuse); Speed Exceeding 55 mph and No License following the investigation into an incident which reportedly took place in the Town of Parish. Mr. Wager was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2500 cash or $5000 bond with a return to Town of Parish Court on 3/23/10. On 3/11/10 at 3:01 p.m., Rodger L. Wilsey, 75, of 526 County Line Rd., Phoenix, NY was backing out of a private driveway on County Line Rd. in the Town of Granby while operating a 1994 Chevrolet and his vehicle collided with a 2004 International Bus registered to Phoenix Central Schools of which was being driven by Leroy A. Halsey, 63, of 6401 Deep Glade Dr., Baldwinsville, NY. Mr. Wilsey was ticketed for Unsafe Backing. On 3/12/10 at 12:45 a.m., Ryan M. Parker, 24, of 298 Towne Rd., Pulaski, NY was arrested for AUO, 3rd degree ( suspended on 6/7/08 for failure to answer summons out of T/O Clay and on 7/1/08 for insurance lapse) and Failure to Keep Right following a traffic stop on Towne Rd. in the Town of Richland. Mr. Parker was issued UTT’s, returnable to the T/O Richland Court on 3/29/10. December 22, 2009
Members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Benevolent Association recently presented a check in the amount of $200 and a food donation to the Human Concerns center located in Oswego, New York.
