On 5/23/13 at 11:46 a.m., Ronald O. Barker, 66, of 4275 US Rt. 11 Pulaski, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from an incident at a business in the Town of Richland where he is accused of stealing consumable goods. Mr. Barker was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Richland Court on 6/10/13.

On 5/22/13 at 5:57 p.m., Cody M. Sweeting, 19 of 207 Crosby Rd. Lot 1, Parish, NY and a 17 year old male residing in the Town of Parish were each charged with Illegal Discharge of a Firearm, a violation of the Environmental Conservation Law, (unclassified misdemeanor), following an incident in the Town of Parish in which they allegedly discharged a 20 gauge shotgun within 500 feet of a dwelling. Both males were issued appearance tickets returnable to Town of Parish Court on 6/25/13.
On 5/23/13 at 6:40 p.m., Richard A. Dellomorte, 31, of 178 Hungry Lane, Central Square, NY, was taken into custody based on a bench warrant issued by Village of Central Square Court with underlying charges of Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation). Mr. Dellomorte was arraigned before Village of Central Square Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to court on 6/12/13.

On 5/18/13 at 6:14 p.m., Jordan L. Watson, 22, of 62 Tanner Dr., Parish, NY was arrested for DWI; Aggravated DWI; Failure to Keep Right and Driving to Left of Pavement Markings following the investigation into a two vehicle mva on SR 104 in the Town of Mexico, ¼ mile east of Emery Rd., when he reportedly was operating a 2006 Pontiac east on SR 104 and when attempting to pass a 1992 Pontiac making a left hand turn into the Mexico Community Park and being operated by Israel J. Vosseller, 38, of 420 CR 64, Mexico, NY, collided with the vehicle on the driver's side door. Mr. Watson was released on UTT's, returnable to the Town of Mexico Court on 6/4/13.

On 5/21/13 at 6:46 p.m., Kyle Thomas Keith Sr., 48, of 16 Taylor Ave., Fulton, NY was arrested at the OCJ for 5 counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing, 1st degree, a class E felony following the investigation into charges in which he allegedly received services from the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles from 8/2010-5/2013 in the form of vehicle registrations and driver's license. Mr. Keith was arraigned in the Town of Mexico Court by Hon. Judge Horton and remanded back to the OCJ in lieu of $500,000/$1,000,000 bail with a return to T/O Richland Court on 6/17/13.

On 5/22/13 at 7:05 a.m., Alden C. Fuller, 50, of 309 Creamery Rd., Oswego, NY was arrested for DWI and Failure to Keep Right following a mva on CR 4 in the Town of Palermo, 200 feet east of Winks Rd., as he was reportedly traveling east in a 2009 Toyota and lost control, causing the vehicle to exit the north side of the roadway and collide with a road marker sign before striking an earth embankment. Mr. Fuller was transported by ambulance to St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse, NY.
On 5/22/13 at 8:35 p.m., Sarah L. Gilbank, 35, of 239 Edward St., Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Criminal Summons issued out of the Village of Central Square Court charging her with Harassment, 2nd degree stemming from an incident that occurred in the parking lot of the Wal-Mart in Central Square when she allegedly punched the victim during a domestic incident. Ms. Gilbank is scheduled to answer this charge on 6/12/13 in the V/O Central Square Court.
On 5/22/13 at 9:02 p.m., Alicia M. Stevens, 23, of 151 Guernsey Rd., Apt. 4, Hannibal, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor following a domestic dispute in the Town of Hannibal where she allegedly kicked a door in of a residence to gain access. Ms. Stevens was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Hannibal Court on 6/11/13.
On 5/20/13 at 4:10 p.m., Alicia J. Ledger, 31, of 52 Beverly Dr., Fulton, NY was arrested for Registration Suspended (suspended on 5/4/13 for insurance lapse) following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Granby initiated by the LPR unit alerting. Ms. Ledger was issued a UTT, returnable to the Town of Granby Court on 6/3/13.
On 5/20/13 at 8:20 p.m., Scott L. Cook Jr., 26, of 504 SR 176, Hannibal, NY was arrested in the Town of Granby Court as he was reportedly answering to an unrelated charge and charged with Assault, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into a fight that occurred in the City of Fulton on 5/15/13 at a business in which he allegedly struck the victim in the face with his hand. Mr. Cook was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court by Hon. Judge Winkworth and remanded to the OCJ with a return to City of Fulton Court on 5/22/13 to set bail.

On 5/20/13 at 10:36 p.m., a 16 year old male residing in the Town of Mexico was charged with Petit Larceny following an incident that occurred in the Town of Mexico where he allegedly took a PlayStation 3 system from a residence without permission. The male was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Mexico Court on 6/4/13.
On 5/20/13 at 3:00 p.m., Joshua L. Kurowski, 18, of 515 CR 85, Fulton, NY was arrested for Registration Suspended ( suspended on 5/10/13 for insurance not in effect) following a traffic stop on CR 85 in the Town of Granby initiated by the LPR unit alerting. Mr. Kurowski was released on a UTT with a return to the Town of Granby Court on 6/3/13.
On 5/04/13, Bruce Lambertson, 15, of 91 Toad Harbor Rd., West Monroe, NY, was operating a 2011 Yamaha ATV eastbound on a county trail in the Town of Constantia at 8:42 p.m. when a 2006 Yamaha ATV, registered to Christian G. Ortiz, 19, of 807 Sherman Place, Utica, NY, and operated by an unknown driver, reportedly swerved into Mr. Lambertson's path causing the ATV's to collide head on. All riders were reportedly thrown from the machines. The operator and passenger of the 2006 ATV, reportedly not wearing helmets, left the scene. Mr. Lambertson and his passenger, Dylan S. Wallace, age 17, were both transported by ambulance to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. Unsafe speed and driver inexperience appear to have been contributing factors in the incident.
On 5/14/13 at 8:42 p.m., Amy M. O'Brien, 29, of 1400 SR 49, Apt. 3, Constantia, NY, was arrested for Menacing, Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor, after she entered into a verbal dispute during which she allegedly threatened a male victim outside of her residence when she held a towel rack in a threatening manner while making verbal threats to harm the victim. Ms. O'Brien was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Town of Constantia Court on 6/03/13.

On 5/16/13 at 9:02 p.m., Joshua P. Emmi, 23, of 58 Fish Rd., Mexico, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended for failure to answer a summons (three on one date) out of Madison County, Town of Sullivan), and Failed to Keep Right, following a traffic stop after he was observed crossing into the oncoming lane while driving on CR 4 in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Emmi was issued tickets returnable to Town of Palermo Court on 5/27/13 and released to a third party.
On 5/17/13 at 4:37 p.m., Timothy A. DeMott, 43, 100 CR 36, Hannibal, NY, was charged with Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended on 1/10/13 for insurance lapse) following a traffic stop on CR 7 just south of CR 3 in the Town of Hannibal after a License Plate Reader targeted his vehicle. Mr. DeMott was released on a ticket returnable to Town of Hannibal Court on 6/04/13.
On 5/1713 at 5:22 p.m., Carlton J. Metcalf, 54 of 1151 CR 3, Lot 23, Hannibal, NY, was ticketed for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended on 4/22/13 for insurance not in effect), and Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended on 3/22/13 for an insurance lapse), following a traffic stop after a License Plate Reader targeted his vehicle as he drove on CR 3 in the Town of Granby. Mr. Metcalf is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Granby Court on 6/03/13.
On 5/18/13 at 7:26 p.m., Jamie H. Ouderkirk, 33, of 119 Clifford Rd., Fulton, NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, and Crossed Official/Hazardous Road Markings, following the investigation into a vehicle off the roadway on CR 4 just east of Paddy Lake Road in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Ouderkirk was arraigned before the Hon. Kenneth Adkins, Town of Scriba Court, and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to court on 5/30/13.

On 5/18/13 at 8:10 p.m., Jennifer A. Olmsted, 19, of 37 Rochester St., Hannibal, NY, was charged with Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended on 4/20/13 for insurance lapse), following a traffic stop on CR 4 after a License Plate Reader targeted her vehicle. Ms. Olmsted was issued a ticket returnable to Town of Scriba Court on 6/13/13 and released to a third party.
On 5/19/13 at 3:16 p.m., Stephen D. Reis, 44, of 20 Airport Rd., Bldg. 9, Apt. 4, Fulton, NY, was arrested for Forcible Touching, a class A misdemeanor, stemming from an incident that occurred in the Town of Granby during a barbeque when he was accused of touching a female teenager's buttocks without her permission. Mr. Reis was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge before Town of Granby Court on 6/03/13.

Oswego County Sheriff Reuel A. Todd has announced that three Boating Safety Courses will be held beginning in May, 2013.
There is no charge for the training. A parent or guardian must accompany any youths ages 10 through 17 to the classroom on the first day of the course to sign a parental permission form.
New York State Law requires boaters to hold a safety certificate if:
You operate a personal watercraft and are at least 14 years of age.
You wish to operate a motorboat and you are at least 10 years old and less than 18 years old.
If you are less than 10 years old you may operate a motorboat (non-PWC) only if someone over 18 or someone between the ages of 10 and 18 who holds a safety certificate, is on board with you.
Although not mandatory, except of PWC operation, adult boating education is strongly recommended. These courses will be held at the Oswego County Public Safety Center, 39 Churchill Road, Oswego as follows:
May 4, 2013, 9 AM to 1 PM
May 5, 2013, 12 noon to 4 PM
May 18, 2013, 9 AM to 1 PM
May 19, 2013, 12 noon to 4 PM
June 1, 2013, 9 AM to 1 PM
June 2, 2013, 12 noon to 4 PM

Students must attend both days of their chosen training course to complete the program.
