On 11/29/13 at 4:23 p.m., Jeffrey L. Sherman, 32, of 167 Academy St., Mexico, NY, was charged with Speed Over the State Speed Limit and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended for Failure to Answer a Summons in the Town of Salina, Onondaga County), following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Sherman was issued tickets returnable to Town of Scriba Court on 12/12/13 to answer the charges.
On 11/30/13 at 4:00 p.m., Timothy P. Callen, 52, of 10 Orville St., Oswego, NY, was charged with Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended on 10/23/13 for insurance lapse), following a traffic stop on SR 48 in the Town of Minetto after a License Plate Reader targeted his vehicle. Mr. Callen was issued a ticket and released to a third party. He is scheduled to appear before Town of Minetto Court on 12/18/13 to answer the charge.
On 12/2/13 at 10:24 a.m., Clarence E. Alexander Jr., 49, of address unknown was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Village of Carthage in Jefferson County charging him with Criminal Trespass. Mr. Alexander was transported to the Oswego/Jefferson County Line and turned over for further processing.
On 12/4/13 at 3:41 p.m., Jessica L. Spicer, 27, of 8048A Marlin Dr., Clay, NY was arrested for Welfare Fraud, 3rd degree, Grand Larceny, 3rd degree and Offering a False Instrument for Filing, 1st degree stemming from an investigation conducted by the Oswego County Department of Social Services. Ms. Spicer was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court by Hon. Judge Gracey and ROR'd with a return to Town of Mexico Court at a later date.

On 11/26/13 at 12:20 p.m., James A. Bond, 26, of 31 East 7th St., Oswego, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny and Conspiracy, 6th degree, a class B misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred at the Town of Granby Wal-Mart where he allegedly participated in the theft of household appliances on 10/25/13. Mr. Bond was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court by Hon. Judge Wells and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $2,500/$5,000 bail with a return to court on 12/4/13.

On 12/3/13 at 10:02 a.m., James K. Benson, 34, of 13 Cemetary St., Altmar, NY was charged with Welfare fraud, 4th degree, Grand Larceny, 4th degree and Offering a False Instrument for Filing, all class E felonies following an investigation conducted by the Oswego County Department of Social Services accusing him of receiving benefits in the form of Food Stamps and Medicaid due to not providing income earned. Mr. Benson was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Mexico Court on 12/10/13.

On 12/3/13 at 12:41 p.m., Clinton E. Rowe, 54, of 1822 CR 6 Apt E2, Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Speed Exceeding 55 mph following a traffic stop on CR 6 in the Town of Volney initiated when patrol confirmed the vehicle's rate of speed and cocaine to reportedly have been found in the vehicle. Mr. Rowe was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Volney Court on 12/16/13.

On 12/3/13 at 3:40 p.m., Timothy J. Paternoster, 32, of 273 MacDougall Rd., Fulton, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Sexual Abuse, 3rd degree, a class B misdemeanor; 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor; Criminal Sex Act, 3rd degree, a class E felony; Rape, 3rd degree, a class E felony and 2 counts of Criminal Sale of Marihuana, 2nd degree, a class D felony stemming from the investigation into incidents that occurred in September 2013 in the Town of Volney when he allegedly engaged in in sexual intercourse, oral sexual conduct, hand to vagina contact and hand to penis contact with the victim after providing them marihuana. Mr. Paternoster was arraigned by Hon. Judge Adkins in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $5,000/$10,000 bail with a return to the Town of Volney Court on 12/9/13.

On 12/3/13 at 6:10 p.m., David T. Gordy, 46, of 175 East 6th St., Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton Court charging him with AUO, 3rd degree. Mr. Gordy was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court by Hon. Judge Aluzzi and ROR'd with a return to the City of Fulton Court on 12/4/13.
On 12/3/13 at 11:30 a.m., Debra L. Kersey, 56, of 1068 CR 45, Central Square, NY was operating a 2005 Toyota reported stopped at the stop sign in the median on CR 45 In the Town of Scriba, then proceeded to enter SR 481 southbound and collided with a 2012 Kia suburban being operated by Joyce E. Turner, 56, of 20 Rose Lane, Fulton, NY that was traveling south on SR 481. Ms. Kersey and Ms. Turner were transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital. Failure to yield the right of way seems to have been a contributing factor.
On 12/3/13 at 2:50 p.m., William D. Nickolas, 43, of 322 Woolson Rd., Oswego, NY was operating a 2001 Mack dump truck registered to Butler Disposal Systems Inc. of New Haven, NY reportedly traveling north on CR 6 in the Town of Volney slowing in traffic approaching the intersection with SR 3 when it reportedly rear ended a 2009 Dodge being operated by Jennifer J. Delmar, 31, of Oswego, NY that was stopped at the flashing light preparing to turn left onto SR 3. Mr. Nickolas was issued a UTT for Following too Closely.
On 11/27/13 at 8:53 a.m., Pamela R. Losito, 50, of PO Box 172, Mexico, NY was operating a 2006 Cadillac suburban reportedly making a left hand turn off of Spring St. onto Norman Ave. in the Village of Mexico and collided with a 2006 Dodge suburban being operated by Douglas R. Robinson, 60, 27 Bingham Rd., Lot 010, Oswego, NY that was traveling north on Norman Ave. Ms. Losito was issued a UTT for Failure to Yield the Right of Way. Mr. Robinson was transported by ambulance to Oswego Hospital.
On 11/28/13 at 10:09 p.m., Joseph S. Griffin, 33, of 263 Park St., Fulton, NY was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, AUO, 3rd degree(suspended on 5/1/12 for failure to pay driver responsibility fee, 8/2/12 for Failure to Answer Summons in C/O Fulton, 8/2/12 for failure to pay fine in C/O Fulton, 12/25/12 for failure to pay child support and 8/2/13 for failure to pay fine in T/O Granby) and Insufficient Tail Lights following a traffic stop in the Town of Oswego on SR 104A initiated by patrol observing no operational tail lights on the 2006 Ford Escape he was reportedly operating. Mr. Griffin was released on UTT's, returnable to the T/O Oswego Court on 12/16/13.
On 12/2/13 at 1:09 p.m., David M. Smith Jr., 28, of 120 Liberty St. Upper Apt., Oswego, NY was arrested at his residence based on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Oswego County reportedly regarding paternity. Mr. Smith was arraigned before Hon. Judge Seager and ROR'd with a return to Oswego County Supreme Court.
On 11/19/13, Wendy M. Zogg, 36, of 73 Island Road, Phoenix, NY, was operating a 2007 International school bus for the Phoenix Central School District southbound on CR 54 in the Town of Schroeppel at 12:52 p.m. when the bus was rear-ended by a southbound 2009 Kia driven by James D. Beaver, Jr., 29, of 681 CR 54, Lot 73, Pennellville, NY. The incident occurred one mile south of SR 49, reportedly as Mr. Beaver looked away from the roadway briefly and as the bus was slowing for its next stop, no lights yet activated. None of the five children on board the bus were injured. Mr. Beaver was issued a ticket for Following Too Closely.
On 11/25/13, Casey J. Woods, 25, of 81 E. Fifth St., Oswego, NY, was operating a 2010 Nissan westbound on Churchill Road in the Town of Scriba at 7:49 a.m. when he reportedly lost control 1/10 of a mile east of Byrns Road. The vehicle crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound 1988 Ford pickup truck driven by Travis M. Wooden, 24, of PO box 32, Port Gibson, NY. Unsafe speed and slippery pavement appear to have been contributing factors in the incident. Road conditions were reported as being covered with snow and ice at the time. Mr. Woods was issued a ticket for Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent.
On 11/26/13 at 7:15 p.m., Harry S. Meeker, 45, of 11 S. 12th St., Fulton, NY, was ticketed for Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended for insurance lapse), following a traffic stop on Oneida Street in the City of Fulton after a License Plate Reader targeted his vehicle. Mr. Meeker is scheduled to answer the charge before Fulton City Court on 12/11/13.
On 11/28/13 at 9:38 a.m., Chad T. Webb, 27, of 60 West St., Cleveland, NY, was taken into custody based on a warrant issued by Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Webb was arraigned before Town of West Monroe Court and remanded in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to appear before Family Court on 123/03/13.

On 11/29/13 at 8:13 a.m., Trachell S. Crosby, 24, of 4360 SR 49, Fulton, NY, was charged with Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Third Degree (license suspended on 11/02/13 for Failure to Answer a Summons in the Town of Hastings), following a traffic stop on SR 49 in the Town of Hastings stemming from a vehicle-off-the-road check. Ms. Crosby was ticketed and released. She is scheduled to appear before Town of Hastings Court on 12/09/13 to answer the charges.
On 11/29/13 at 9:58 a.m., Van M. Ingersoll, 27, of 92 Countryman Road, Mexico, NY, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Talking on a Cell Phone and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Second Degree (license suspended on 10/31/12 in the Town of Schroeppel for Failure to Pay a Fine, on 6/02/13 in the Town of Geddes for Failure to Pay a Fine, on 5/03/09 in the Village of Potsdam for Failure to Answer a Summons, on 3/03/09 for Failure to Pay Driver Responsibility Assessment, on 12/30/08 for Driving While Ability Impaired, and on 7/14/08 in the Town of Clay for Failure to Pay a Fine), following a traffic stop Woodland Drive in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Ingersoll was issued tickets returnable to Fulton City Court on 12/17/13. Mr. Ingersoll was also arrested based on an outstanding bench warrant issued by Fulton City Court that was revealed during the arrest process. He was subsequently turned over to a member of the Fulton Police Department.
On 11/30/13 at 12:35 p.m., Feather J. Tooley, 20, of 13835 Jenkins Rd., Red Creek, NY, was charged with Operation While Registration Suspended/Revoked (registration suspended due to insurance lapse), following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Granby after a License Plate Reader targeted her vehicle. Ms. Tooley was released on tickets returnable to Town of Granby Court on 12/09/13.
On 11/30/13, Charles H. Babcock, Jr., 41, of 205 Helen St., North Syracuse, NY, was operating 2013 Jeep suburban northbound on CR 10 in the Town of Schroeppel at 1:22 p.m. when he rear-ended a northbound 2011 Chevrolet driven by Tammy L. Aldous, 45, of 33 Markowitz Road, Parish, NY. The incident occurred at the intersection of CR 12. Following too closely and driver inattention appear to have been contributing factors in the incident. Mr. Babcock reportedly thought the Chevrolet had moved, but it had stopped for the stop sign. Mr. Babcock was issued a ticket for Following Too Closely.
On 11/30/13 at 1:39 p.m., Christopher C. Bonoffoski, 25, of 182 Maple Ave., Fulton, NY, was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, First Degree, a class D felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Seventh Degree, a class A misdemeanor, after he was reportedly found to be in possession of Suboxone while an inmate at the Oswego County Correctional Facility. Mr. Bonoffski was arraigned before Town of Scriba Court and remanded back to the Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to answer the charge before Oswego City Court on 12/05/13.

On 12/01/13 at 10:20 a.m., Alexander M. Snow, 20, of 507 Ontario St., Fulton, NY, was taken into custody based on a bench warrant issued by Oswego City Court. Mr. Snow was arraigned before the Hon. Kenneth Adkins, Town of Scriba Court, and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $100 cash bail or $200 bail bond. He is scheduled to appear before Oswego City Court on 12/05/13.
