On 7/24/14, Millicent R. Brown, 24, of 70 Smiths Beach Road, Oswego, NY, was operating a 2013 Chevrolet, reportedly backing out of a driveway onto Gilbert Mills Road in the Town of Volney at 6:45 p.m. when she collided with a 2005 Chrysler suburban driven by Kera Reed, 26, of 118 Mullen Road, Fulton, NY. Ms. Reed was traveling southeast at the time. Failure to yield and unsafe speed appear to have been a contributing factor in the incident. Ms. Brown was issued a ticket for Failure to Yield the Right of Way Entering a Roadway. Ms. Reed was issued tickets for Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent and Unsafe Tire.
On 7/25/14 at 7:44 p.m., Robert B. Landphere, 35, of 332 Klocks Corners Road, Oswego, NY, was taken into custody based on an arrest warrant issued by Oswego City Court. Mr. Landphere was turned over to a member of the Oswego City Police for further processing.
On 7/25/14 at 9:32 p.m., Jeffrey C. Bliss, 57, of PO Box 121, Camden, NY, was operating a 1998 Honda motorcycle westbound on CR 45 in the Town of Palermo when he reportedly lost control at one mile east of SR 3. The bike turned onto its right side and slid before coming to rest on the north side of the roadway. Mr. Bliss, and his passenger, Jacqueline M. Monahan, 57, were both transported by ambulance to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. Debris in the road appears to have been a contributing factor in the incident.
On 7/25/14 at 11:15 p.m., Stephen B. Bisbo, 61, of 44 Sand Point Drive, Bernhards Bay, NY, was arrested for Menacing, Third Degree, a class B misdemeanor, stemming from a verbal dispute with a neighbor during which he allegedly threatened to kill the neighbor. Mr. Bisbo was arraigned before Town of Parish Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to appear before Town of Amboy Court on 8/12/14 to answer the charge.
On 7/27/14 at 1:42 a.m., Jonathan T. Murray, 25, of 22 Sabin Rd., Oswego, NY, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Driving With .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol, and Failed to Keep Right, stemming from the investigation into a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Murray is scheduled to appear before Town of Oswego Court on 8/11/14 to answer the charges. Operating a 2006 Jeep suburban westbound on SR 104, Mr. Murray reportedly lost control ten feet south of West Lake Road. The vehicle reportedly failed to keep right and crossed the center lines, exiting the south side of the roadway, striking a utility pole.

On 7/27/14 T 4:10 a.m., Susan F. Kemp,39, of 8157 Thompson Road, Cicero, NY, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Failed to Stop for a Stop Sign, following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Kemp is scheduled to answer the charges before Town of Schroeppel Court on 8/20/14. While operating a 2007 Chrysler northbound on CR 54, Ms. Kemp reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign at Godfrey Road. She reportedly struck a utility pole causing the vehicle to turn upside down in the roadway. Alcohol and falling asleep also appears to have been a contributing factor in the incident.

On 7/27/14 at 6:00 a.m., Aaron S. Henderson, 30, of 424 Cleveland Blvd., Fayetteville, NY, was arrested based on a warrant issued by Town of Williamstown Court for Failure to Appear. Mr. Henderson was arraigned before Town of Williamstown Court, where he reportedly pled guilty, and paid a fine of $150.00.
On 7/28/14 at 1:10 a.m., John L. Shatraw, 27, of 8255 SR 104, Apt. A, Oswego, NY, was arrested for Criminal Mischief, Third Degree, a class E felony, following a domestic dispute during which he was accused of throwing a victim's property, including, but not limited to furniture, outside of his residence, causing damage to the thrown items. Mr. Shatraw was arraigned before Town of Oswego Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bail bond. He is scheduled to return to court on 7/28/14.
